For customers looking for larger trailers with a gross weight of 3500kg, that can transport multiple ponies, then the HB510XL and HB610 horsebox trailer models from Ifor Williams are a popular choice along with the Eventa M and L trailers which provide the maximum gross weight allowance but include living accommodation and herringbone travel for the horses.
The Ifor Williams HB403 model is a single horsebox trailer, which can easily and safely transport one horse up to 16.2hh in height. The most popular Ifor Williams horsebox on Irish roads is the HB506 which can safely carry two horses up to 16.2hh. The slightly larger HB511 double horsebox model can transport two horses up to 17.2hh in height. All three Ifor Williams horse box trailer models for sale come with a left or right front offload ramp as standard. They are also equipped with side windows and a lockable groom’s door located on the opposite side of the trailer.
